Production Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring all products are produced, packaged, and manufactured with the required quality and efficiency according to the production plan, and additionally, managing the production team based on work requirements.

Job Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualification: Industrial Engineering or related field.
  2. Experience: 5-7 years.
  3. Training Courses: Preferred courses in food safety, HACCP, ISO22000.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a production schedule that aligns with the production capacities of the machines.
  2. Assign tasks to production staff based on the workload and production plan.
  3. Supervise the production process and machine operators, ensuring they complete their tasks.
  4. Develop a comprehensive manufacturing plan that links all departments.
  5. Evaluate and continuously ensure that work is carried out according to the required standards.
  6. Train workers on production lines in proper work procedures, food safety principles, and general safety.

Required Skills:

Full Time

Machine Operator

Operate and calibrate machines according to the required production plan. Distribute production workers on production and packaging lines to achieve the success of the production plan within the specified time and the required standards.

Job Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualification: Diploma in a relevant field or proven experience in machine operation.
  2. Experience: 2-4 years.
  3. Training Courses: Preferred courses in food safety/ISO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Operate machines according to the production plan and calibrate them as required.
  2. Repair minor malfunctions that occur during machine operation.
  3. Coordinating the distribution of workers on the production line according to the nature of the product.
  4. Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of machines before starting the production process.
  5. Coordinate the shutdown of machines at specified times.
  6. Record all information and quantities produced on approved daily production reports.

Required Skills:

  1. Knowledge of occupational safety, health, and food safety basics.
  2. Physical capability.

Vehicle Inspector

Thoroughly inspect and check vehicles of various types with precision and efficiency, following the standards and requirements set by the company.

Job Requirements:

  3. Training Courses: Completion of a course from a vocational training institution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct field inspections and checks on all vehicle components.
  2. Check for routine maintenance on all vehicles according to approved procedures.
  3. Inspect and document any faults in the vehicles.
  4. Check and document repairs performed on the vehicle.
  5. Ensure all required tools and documents are in all vehicles.

Checker Accountant

Closely monitor production inputs for work areas, ensuring precision and recording all financial transactions related to manufacturing and production operations.

Job Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  2. Experience: 0-2 years.
  3. Training Courses: Completion of a general accounting course is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the distribution of received materials to work areas according to job requirements.
  2. Verify quantities and received materials according to established plans.
  3. Verify compliance with approved standards during production operations.
  4. Compile reports based on daily manufacturing movements and operations.
  5. Participate in inventory operations to verify recorded numbers for materials.

Required Skills:

  1. Basic understanding of accounting and financial reports.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  3. Identifying and analyzing errors.
  4. Effective communication with team members.
